Stephen Seim has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Stephen started their career as a Senior Sales Executive at Dataworks, where they excelled in selling ERP software and services to mid-size manufacturing companies. Stephen continued their successful sales career at Siebel Systems, serving as a District Manager and selling customer relationship management (CRM) eBusiness software and services. Stephen then transitioned to AMR RESEARCH (GARTNER) as an Account Executive, specializing in sales of software advisory business services to Fortune 2000 companies.
Stephen Seim also gained experience in technical sales as a Technical Sales Engineer at Exova Group, Aerospace Division, selling engineering testing services to aerospace companies. Stephen held the position of Regional Manager at Plataine, where they provided production optimization solutions for manufacturers across various industries. Subsequently, they worked as a WMS Software Consultant at Royal 4 Systems, offering supply chain management software and services solutions.
Most recently, Stephen Seim joined VCO Systems as the Director of Sales. VCO Systems is a supply chain services provider with expertise in consulting and product development. In their role, Stephen is responsible for managing and optimizing supply chain solutions for clients in an unpredictable retail environment.
Prior to their career in the corporate world, Stephen Seim served in the US Navy, starting as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) and continuing as a Commander in the Naval Reserves. During their time in the Navy, they received numerous awards for their service.
Throughout their work experience, Stephen Seim consistently demonstrated their sales prowess, consistently exceeding 100% of quota and achieving notable milestones in their sales performance.
Stephen Seim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Virginia between 1975 and 1979. Stephen later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School from 1994 to 1996.
