Leo Cawit is an experienced operations and engineering manager currently serving as Bacolod Operations Manager, IVR Engineering Manager, and IVR Development Team Lead at VCloud since July 2018. In this role, Leo specializes in IVR development, focusing on the analysis of design documents and programming IVR systems using VCI Scripting Language. Prior to VCloud, Leo worked at WOYM (What's On Your Mind, Inc) as a Web Application Developer, where responsibilities included automating office systems and designing database structures for Human Resource Management. Earlier experience includes a position as a Web Developer at Primal Marketing LLC, where Leo created lead pages and updated platforms. Leo holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from West Negros University and has completed studies in Computer Engineering at the University of Negros Occidental - Recoletos.
