Tracy Hayes serves as the Chief Executive Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Vaya Health since December 2013. Prior to this role, Tracy held the position of General Counsel at Alliance Behavioral Healthcare from October 2012 to November 2013 and served as Special Deputy Attorney General at the NC Department of Justice from November 2006 to October 2012. Early career includes positions as an Associate at Burke & Mayer (now Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer) from August 2004 to December 2005 and at The O'Neil Group, LLC from September 2001 to August 2004. Tracy obtained a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Tulane University Law School (1998-2001) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from New College of Florida (1994-1997).
