Jonathan Richards has extensive experience in aftersales and workshop management, currently serving as Aftersales Service Lead at Vax Ltd since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan held the position of Aftersales Leader at Evans Halshaw from March 2017 to December 2019. Jonathan's career began at Brooklyn Motors, where responsibilities included both Workshop Controller and Fleet Preparation Manager from April 2002 to March 2006.
