Haydn Francis has a strong background in IT infrastructure and support, currently serving as Tech Ops Team Lead and IT Infrastructure Specialist at Vaultex UK Ltd since June 2014. Prior experience includes roles as IT Infrastructure Specialist at Sesame Bankhall Group from 2010 to June 2014, and various positions at Bankhall, including Desktop Support Manager and Desktop Support Analyst from May 2004 to December 2010. Haydn has also worked as a 2nd line IT Analyst at Shell International in early 2004, and as a 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst at IBM - Astrazeneca from November 2001 to January 2004. Haydn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media Technology from The University of Manchester, completed in 2001.
