Kai Vogt is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Hardware at VAUDE Sport GmbH & Co KG since May 2022, overseeing product innovation and core product groups including backpacks, shoes, tents, sleeping bags, and accessories. With a lengthy tenure at VAUDE starting from November 2008, Kai has held various roles including Teamleader Hardware Equipment and Product Manager for tents and hardware accessories. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant to the Management at VOBAU Wohnbau GmbH, managing construction projects, and a Technical Trainer at VAUDE, contributing to the establishment of the VAUDE Academy. Kai holds a Diplom Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) degree from Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences, earned between 1998 and 2004.
