Zami Sarker is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and management, currently serving as a Category Manager for Substations and Overhead Lines at Vattenfall. Previously, Zami held the position of Category Manager for Indirect Materials and Services at Attendo and has worked at ABB in various roles including Business Developer and Area Sales Manager for Transformer Components, as well as a Marketing & Sales Internship in Power Systems - HVDC. Zami contributed to Fortum through a Master's Thesis and gained research experience as an intern in the Smart Home Program at Duke University. Zami holds both a Master of Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 2007 and 2012.
