Paul Searle currently serves as Head of Operations at Vattenfall since August 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held positions at Vital Energi Utilities Limited as Project Director and Senior Project Manager from March 2022 to August 2023. At EQUANS UK & Ireland, Paul was the Technical Compliance and Process Safety (E&CI) Manager between July 2021 and March 2022. Additionally, Paul worked at ENGIE from February 2017 to March 2022, where roles included O&M Electrical Manager and Senior Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation Engineer. Earlier experience includes serving as Partychief at Gardline Geosurvey Ltd from October 2006 to February 2017 and as Chief Petty Officer Marine Engineering Artificer in the Royal Navy from January 1999 to September 2006. Paul holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Physics and Mathematics from The Open University and a Higher National Diploma in Marine Mechanical & Electrical Engineering from HMS Sultan.
