Martijn Hagens is the CEO of Vattenfall Netherlands, leading the organization since 2014 and previously serving as Senior Vice President of Customers & Solutions and COO. Hagens has extensive experience within Vattenfall, having held roles such as Head of Heat Continental/UK and Head of International Customer Care. Prior to joining Vattenfall, Hagens worked at Nuon in various capacities, including Head of Customer Care Center and Program Director Unbundling. Earlier career experience includes Management Consulting at Accenture. Hagens holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Eindhoven University of Technology.
