Rachel Tladi is an experienced Account Manager at VAT IT since April 2016, specializing in Value Added Tax (VAT) refunds for foreign corporations in the European Union. Rachel has held various positions within VAT IT, including Junior Account Manager and Processing Executive, where responsibilities encompassed managing client relationships, onboarding client data, assessing VAT claims, and ensuring compliance with invoice requirements. Prior to this role, Rachel served as a Claims Assessor, focusing on risk mitigation and process improvement for foreign VAT claims. Additionally, Rachel has a background in sales management from p.k records, where sales goals were established and training programs were developed.
