Richard Lam FCIOB is an experienced construction manager with a comprehensive background in project management across various sectors of the construction industry. Currently serving as Construction Manager at Vastint since April 2017, Richard oversees a large-scale mixed-use regeneration project in East London. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Skanska UK, where procurement for the residential section of a power station was managed, and Project Manager positions at Barratt Homes, Knight Harwood, and London Green Developments, focused on high-end residential developments and refurbishments. Richard's career began as a Site Engineer with Taylor Wimpey and includes significant contributions in design and completion management at Canary Wharf Group. Richard holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Westminster.
