Kevin Leiske serves as General Counsel at Hard Yaka since April 2022, with previous experience as a Partner at Shartsis Friese LLP from April 2020 to April 2022 and as an Adjunct Professor at The University of Texas School of Law from August 2016 to April 2020. Prior roles include Partner at Armbrust & Brown, P.L.L.C. from July 2013 to April 2020, Manager at Deloitte from January 2011 to June 2013, Associate at Gunderson Dettmer from July 2008 to July 2010, and Assistant Counsel at ORIX from 2006 to 2008. Kevin Leiske holds an LLM in Tax Law/Taxation from New York University School of Law (2006-2007), a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School (2003-2006), and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University (1997-2001).
