Tom DeBrooke has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tom started their career in 1973 as the Founder & President of the Harvard Business School Club of San Antonio, a role they continue to hold. In 2004, they became the Chairman & CEO of CredibilitySharing, LLC. In 2009, they co-founded Paragonix Technologies, Inc., where they served as Chairman, CEO, and Co-Founder until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they were the President & Chairman of Disruptive Technologies, LLC. In 2016, they co-founded and took on various roles, including Chairman of the Board, CEO, and President, at Vascular Perfusion Solutions, Inc. Throughout their career, Tom DeBrooke has focused on introducing innovative medical technologies and improving patient healthcare experiences.
Tom DeBrooke has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government & History from St. Mary's University, which they obtained in 1964. Tom went on to pursue further education and completed a Master of Arts in Transportation & Finance from Yale University in 1968. During the same year, they also completed a Master of Arts degree in Railroad and Railway Transportation (Finance, Management & Operations) from Yale Graduate School. Lastly, Tom DeBrooke obtained their MBA in Finance & Transportation from Harvard Business School in 1972.
