Alison Saclolo is an experienced technical writer with a robust background in developing documentation for software products and technical communications. Currently serving as a Technical Writer at VAS since November 2020, Alison specializes in creating various user manuals, online help articles, API references, and release notes utilizing MadCap Flare and Capture. Prior experience includes roles at Scientific Games, where Alison advanced from Technical Writer I to Technical Writer II, collaborating with departments to produce user-friendly manuals and managing proposal responses. Earlier, Alison held a Media Technician position at Scientific Games and completed an internship at Las Vegas Sun, generating content for both print and online platforms.
