Sam DeLay is an accomplished real estate professional and non-profit leader. Currently serving as Principal Broker and Co-Founder at Varsity Real Estate since October 2024, Sam previously held the position of Principal Broker at Cascade Hasson Sotheby’s International Realty and The Hasson Company Realtors, along with leading Team DeLay. Since September 2009, Sam has also been the Chairman of the Board for Journeyman International, a non-profit organization focused on supporting humanitarian construction projects worldwide. Sam's background includes significant leadership roles at Mars Hill Church, overseeing operations and volunteer efforts, and experience as a Project Engineer at Cornerstone General Contractors, where Sam contributed to multiple major school construction projects. Educationally, Sam holds a degree in Educational Ministry from Seattle Pacific University, earned in 2009.
