Victor Guijs has over 18 years of experience in the trading of refined oil products and biodiesel. Currently serving as Booklead Distillates Trading at VARO Energy since January 2013, Victor specializes in distillate trading. Prior roles include Biodiesel Trader at Wilmar Europe and Distillate Trader at Mabanaft, where responsibilities encompassed trading physical and paper contracts in the NWE region and specializing in low sulphur gasoil contracts. Earlier positions at Mabanaft included Trade-Assistant and Trading Operator, focusing on contract execution and barge operations. Victor's career began with a Management Traineeship at Sodexo Nederland, and Victor holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague, complemented by an MEAO in Commercieel/Logistiek and a HAVO diploma.
