Theo Pannekeet has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as EVP New Energies & Innovations and Group Renewables MD at VARO Energy since September 2015. Previous roles at VARO Energy include Product Trading Director. Prior to this, Theo held positions at Argos Energies from July 2012 to December 2016, including Director Sales, Supply & Trading and Head of Product Trading. Additional experience includes roles as a Product Trader at North Sea Group from June 2008 to June 2012, a Commodity Broker at Starsupply Petroleum Europe B.V. from September 2002 to June 2008, and a Commercial Manager for Tankstorage at Petroplus from December 1998 to August 2002. Theo holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from HEAO Ichthus Hogeschool Rotterdam, completed in 1998.
