Susanne Sutton, CRMA, currently serves as RCSA Manager and RCSA Controls Testing Consultant at Varo Bank since November 2022, where expertise in risk management standards is applied to support the identification of risk exposure and control environments. Prior experience at Charles Schwab from March 2018 to May 2022 as Senior Manager of Enterprise and Operational Risk Testing involved testing operational risk management standards and conducting thematic reviews. At Atlantic Coast Bank, Susanne held various roles over 17 years, including VP of Vendor Risk Management, where a comprehensive Vendor Risk Management program was developed, and Director of Enterprise Risk Management, responsible for establishing the program and chairing risk committees. Susanne's earlier career involved numerous positions, including AVP roles focusing on management information analysis and business deposit programs, and foundational roles in branch operations and customer service. Susanne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from the University of North Florida and previously studied Vocal Performance at Stetson University.
