John Burwell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sales within the technology and simulation sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Simulation and Training at Varjo since March 2019, John leads initiatives to integrate innovative display solutions into the training industry. Previously, John held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Bohemia Interactive Simulations, focusing on solutions for the US Navy and Air Force. Additional roles include Business Development Director at Dynamics Research Corporation and General Manager at Global Venture LLC, among others. John holds an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
