Zhan Zhang is a Mechanical Engineer currently employed at Varian since October 2022 and has held the title of Senior Mechanical Engineer at Advantest since April 2014. At Advantest, Zhan Zhang has been responsible for analyzing design obstacles, setting and achieving design goals, and determining experimental plans to test design reliability and troubleshoot failures. Previous roles include working as a Mechanical Engineer in development, collaborating with principal engineers on design and debugging processes, and as a Junior Mechanical Engineer, where Zhan Zhang assisted in preparing over 100 3D models and drawings with full Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT). Zhan Zhang holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
