Mary L. W. has extensive experience in executive administration and business operations, with a current role as Sr. Executive Assistant at Varian Medical Systems since April 2016, supporting high-level executives in the Proton Solutions and Oncology Systems divisions. Prior to this, Mary served as Director of Business Administration at Lattice Data, Inc., where new policies were established and diverse operational functions were managed. At Jamcracker, Inc., contributions included supporting the CEO and coordinating funding activities from the company's inception, and earlier experience includes roles at 5S Ventures LLC and Exodus Communications, where significant back-office and administrative support was provided during critical phases, including IPO preparations. Mary holds two Associate of Arts degrees from De Anza College in Business Administration and Liberal Arts with an emphasis in Business & Computer Information Systems.
