Juha Saarinen is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various roles across the technology and healthcare industries. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Varian Medical Systems since September 2017, Juha leads a software development team focused on the Varian Treatment Planning System for cancer care. Prior to this role, Juha was Test Manager at Software Point, overseeing testing activities for LabVantage Medical Suite releases, and held positions as Senior Consultant/Test Manager at SQS Group, Test Manager at Basware, and held multiple roles including R&D Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks, where Juha focused on tools and frameworks for 3G radio networks.
