Currently serving as a Partner at Vardis since December 2023, Gero focuses on executive search for private equity firms, specializing in the recruitment of top-level executives. Gero is also a Partner at Wense Consult, aiding businesses in the global industrial flow control market. Prior roles include Industry Adviser at MCF Corporate Finance and Chairman of the Board at Pleuger Industries. Gero has held significant leadership positions at Dover Corporation as President of Rotating Equipment and as CEO of ITT Bornemann. An alumnus of Heidelberg University, Gero holds a Diploma in Business Administration.
