Jakub Jasica has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jakub began their career as a Project Manager at the University of Economics in Katowice, where they managed EU projects in education, staff exchange, and entrepreneurship. Afterward, they joined TMF Group as a Senior Accountant in Structured Finance Services and worked there for five years. Following that, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Lone Star Funds. Currently, Jakub is the Head of the Luxembourg office at Värde Partners.

Jakub Jasica completed their postgraduate studies in accountancy at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach from 2005 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in management from the same university from 1998 to 2003. In 2002, they briefly studied at Karel de Grote-Hogeschool, although no degree or field of study information is provided for that period. In 2020, they obtained a certification called DEL 2020 April - Completion from INSEAD.
