Luis Buitrago works at Varcon Construction Corporation as a Senior Project Coordinator, handling projects such as the New Wastewater Treatment Plant in Niagara on the Lake and the Heartlake Community Recycling Centre. With a background in Civil Engineering and Project Management, Luis has consistently shown the ability to negotiate contracts, review project plans, and maintain construction schedules for projects ranging from $1M to $32M. Prior to Varcon Construction, Luis worked at Steelcase Construction Inc as a project coordinator for various construction projects.
