Susanne Bertelsen has extensive experience in educational leadership and organizational consulting. Currently serving as Rektor at Varbergs kommun since November 2020, Susanne previously worked as an Organisationskonsult with Norlin & Partners and as VD/ägare at Pilou AB, where responsibilities included coaching, development support, and quality analysis. Educational roles include teaching at Gestaltakademin and serving as a development strategist for Kristianstads kommun. Susanne's earlier positions also encompass leadership roles in various municipalities, focusing on quality development in education. Susanne holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Gestalt in Organisations from the University of Derby, a state principal training certificate from the University of Gothenburg, and a teaching degree from Jönköping University.
