Lars von Schedvin has extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, and organizational change. Currently serving as HR Strateg Ledarskap & Lärande at Varbergs kommun since September 2022, Lars also works as a Senior Change Management Consultant at Human Lighthouse, specializing in behavioral change and organizational culture development since January 2018. As the founder and owner of Schedvin Human Resources Management AB since December 2012, Lars focuses on organizational and team development, as well as HR consultancy. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at INTERSPORT Sverige AB, where strategic personnel responsibility encompassed 160 stores in Sweden, and leadership positions at Contici Training Center AB and Contici Competense Provider AB, overseeing tailored corporate training and education. Lars began a career in the military as an Officer (Major) in Försvarsmakten, contributing expertise in training and production of military units. Education includes multiple degrees from Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University.
