Michael Mills has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Michael recently joined Vår Energi as a Company Responsible Engineer in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aragon as a Senior Mechanical Engineer specializing in Rotating and Package Equipment from 2020 to 2022. Michael also has experience at Aragon as a Lead Mechanical Engineer and Senior Rotating Equipment and Package Engineer for the Poly-GCL LNG Project from 2016 to 2018. Michael worked at KBR, Inc. as a Mechanical Package Engineer for the Culzean Field Development from 2014 to 2016, and as an Associate Technical Professional - Mechanical for the Chirag Oil Project from 2012 to 2013. Before that, Michael worked as a Piping and Mechanical Field Engineer at JKC and as a CNC LASER Operator & Quality Manager at FIMARK Ltd. Michael's expertise lies in mechanical engineering, package engineering, and overseeing various mechanical projects.

Michael Mills earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath between the years 2006 and 2010.
