Judie Norwood is a seasoned professional in the financial services industry with extensive experience in consumer lending. Currently serving in a consumer lending role at Vantage West Credit Union since July 2023, Judie previously held the position of Vice President of Consumer Lending at Achieva Credit Union from June 2008 to May 2023, where strategic leadership and process improvements led to significant cost-saving efficiencies. Earlier career experience includes serving as Unit Manager at New Century Mortgage from February 2001 to May 2007, where focus was placed on coaching teams and building relationships with business partners in non-conforming mortgage solutions. Judie is equipped with multiple certifications, including Six Sigma, CAPM from PMI Institute, and a Certified Financial Counselor designation from CUNA, in addition to educational background at St. Petersburg College and participation in the LSCU Leadership College.
