Tim Schigel is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as Managing Partner at Refinery Ventures since January 2017. In August 2024, Tim co-founded the Great Lakes Venture Capital Association, promoting collaboration among Managing Partners and General Partners. Tim holds board member positions at RedCircle, StoryTap, TealBook, and Folio Photonics, while also investing in Vantage Robotics, Edgybees, and Astronomer. Advisory contributions are provided to Fondaco SGR S.p.A. Tim Schigel earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University between 1985 and 1989.
