Shawn Windsor has a comprehensive background in engineering and innovation, currently serving as Innovation Manager at Vantage Plastics since August 2012, where previous roles included Engineering Manager and Process Engineer. Prior to this, Shawn worked as a Design Engineer at Maple Ridge Machine & Engineering from September 2007 to August 2012. Shawn holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Central Michigan University, one in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology and another in Engineering Technology Management.
