Paul Raby has extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as Group Major Fleet Account Manager at Vantage Motor Group since June 2019, focusing on enhancing relationships with major fleet customers and promoting employee benefit solutions through Toyota and Lexus. Additionally, Paul Raby has held the position of Market Area General Manager at Vantage Toyota since April 2013, overseeing multiple Toyota and Lexus centers. Prior roles include Major Fleet Account Manager and Centre Principal at Inchcape, where Paul Raby led Toyota Derby to become the largest volume Business Centre in 2010 and 2011, and served as General Manager at Inchcape Automotive Retail. Early career experience includes consultancy work in Prague, a self-employed period, and regional director roles at Reg Vardy Plc. Paul Raby's foundation in the industry began with educational studies at Norwich City College from 1974 to 1977.
