Dustin DuCharme has extensive work experience in Quality Assurance and Testing. Dustin started their career in 2017 as a Software QA Tester at Logistics Health Incorporated and later transitioned to the role of QA Automation Engineer. In 2022, they joined Optum as a Quality Engineer and worked there until 2023. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Test Engineer at Vantaca.

Dustin DuCharme obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, between the years 2017 and 2022.
