Sean Egan is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Vanguard, Sean has previously held positions including Manager of Compensation Infrastructure and Job Design and Grading Lead. Prior to Vanguard, Sean worked at Mercer as a Human Capital Associate and Analyst, and began a career in human resources as an intern at Morgan Stanley. Sean holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Economics from Bucknell University.
