Robert Simmons is a seasoned project manager specializing in information technology auditing, with a focus on supporting the finance and investment management sectors. Currently employed at Vanguard since October 2019, Robert oversees the Global Technology Audit Services, managing the audit scope for integrated audits in collaboration with the Global Investment and Finance Audit Services team. Prior to this, Robert held the position of IT Audit Manager at Qurate Retail Group, where responsibilities included managing internal resources and executing the IT internal audit testing plan for both US and international operations. Additional experience includes roles as IT Audit Supervisor and Senior IT Auditor at Qurate Retail Group, board membership at ISACA Philadelphia Chapter, and advisory services at Grant Thornton.
