Olga Zlat, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic project leadership and data governance within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Finance Division Leader at Vanguard since September 2011, Olga has successfully led high-impact strategic projects and managed teams that optimize investment data access. Previous roles at Vanguard included Strategic Business Enablement Manager and Data Governance Manager for Investment Data, where Olga pioneered initiatives to enhance data governance and supplier management. Prior experience includes positions at State Street as Team Lead/Senior Mutual Fund Specialist and as a Licensed REALTOR at RE/MAX and Keller Williams Realty, Inc.
