Laura Tingley is an accomplished learning and development professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Vanguard since May 2022. In this role, Laura drives the strategy and mission of L&D by executing training roadmaps, maintaining budget considerations, performing gap analyses, and identifying new training opportunities. Prior to this position, Laura held the role of Senior Trainer at Vanguard, where responsibilities included training roadmap execution and collaboration with stakeholders. Laura’s educational background includes degrees in Exceptional Children and Youth and Secondary Math Education from the University of Delaware. Additionally, Laura has extensive teaching experience, having served as a Secondary Mathematics Teacher at Kennett Consolidated School District, a Special Education Math Teacher at Newark Charter School, and a High School Mathematics Teacher at Cecil County Public Schools.
