Chad Hershman is currently serving as Associate General Counsel - EPC at Vanguard Renewables since October 2023. Previously, Chad held roles at Hinckley Allen from January 2007 to October 2023, where responsibilities included Counsel and Associate. Prior to that, Chad worked as In-House Counsel at Hodess Building Co from January 2005 to December 2006 and as an Associate at Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP from September 2002 to December 2004. Chad's early career included positions such as Project Manager at Hodess Building Co from September 1996 to August 1999, Project Superintendent at AMCC Corp. from October 1994 to August 1996, and Project Engineer at Dimeo Construction Company from September 1993 to September 1994. Chad earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tufts University in 1993 and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in 2002.
