Talia Tobias MPH, MBA has over 18 years of experience in clinical research. In 2022, they began working at Vanguard Clinical, Inc. as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Immatics, first as a Global Clinical Operations Lead and then as a Clinical Operations Lead. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Clinical Trial Manager at Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 2003 to 2015, they worked at MD Anderson Cancer Center in various roles, including Senior Coordinator of Clinical Studies- Leukemia, Clinical Research Coordinator- Lymphoma, Research Coordinator- Behavioral Science, and Research Interviewer- Epidemiology. In these roles, they provided clinical evaluation, coordination, implementation and monitoring of patients enrolled in clinical research protocols, identified strategies to enhance future projects, and collected and handled biological samples.

Talia Tobias earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Biology from Clark University in 2002. In 2006, they obtained a Master of Public Health (MPH) from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) in Public Health Education and Promotion. In 2012, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The George Washington University School of Business in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
