Paulina Jakson has been working in the Human Resources field since 2019. Paulina began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Steuben Foods, then moved on to become a Human Resources Recruiting Manager for the same company. In 2021, they began working as a Recruiter for Vangst. Prior to their Human Resources roles, they worked as a Hostess/Server at Giancarlo's Sicilian Steakhouse from 2014-2019.

Paulina Jakson obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Human Resources Management and Services from the University at Buffalo. Prior to this, they earned their High School Diploma from the Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart in 2015.
