Stef Alferink currently serves as a Campus Recruiter & Event Coordinator at Vanderlande, focusing on developing a comprehensive Campus Recruitment strategy in the Netherlands centered around internships, events, and sponsorship. Prior experience includes a role as HR-medewerker at Kingspan Unidek, where responsibilities encompassed operational HR activities for approximately 250 employees, including recruitment and management advisory on HR topics. Stef also completed an HR internship at Centralpoint, where research was conducted on reducing staff turnover, and previously worked part-time in recruitment at Vanderlande while pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Avans University of Applied Sciences.
