Molly Hart is an experienced professional in sports operations and management, currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Head Coach and Assistant Director of Football Operations at Vanderbilt University since January 2021. Prior to this role, Molly worked at Fenway Sports Management as FSMU, and held an internship in Corporate Partnerships/Marketing at Alliance Sport Marketing. At the University of Notre Dame, Molly gained extensive experience, serving as the Notre Dame Football Senior Personnel Manager, Premium Experiences Assistant, and Student Manager from March 2017 to May 2020. Additionally, Molly participated in the NFL College Seminar in February 2020 and was part of Team Ghana with Managers On A Mission in June 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College and education from the University of Notre Dame.
