Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of organic product sales and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has developed an online store specializing in organic body care products. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include being the owner and manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, working as a nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019, and serving as a university lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, where Mariana taught applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a diploma in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
