Kelsea Fithian-Giantonio currently serves as the Head Spirit Coach at Vanderbilt University since June 2021. Prior to this role, Kelsea was a Volunteer Assistant Cheer Coach at The Ohio State University Department of Athletics and an Athletic Academic Intern, both from September 2019 to July 2021. Kelsea's experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant Cheerleading Coach at Tennessee Technological University, a Game Operations Intern with UMass Football, and an intern with the UMass Amherst Athletic Marketing Department, where contributions included marketing strategies to enhance fan engagement. Earlier coaching experience includes working at the Central Valley Cheerleading Training Center and the Connecticut Sun. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management and Marketing from UMass Amherst.
