Dennis Paredes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data engineering and operational leadership. Currently serving as Principal Data Engineer at Vanderbilt University since January 2014, Paredes specializes in SAP Business Objects, data warehousing, and various analytics tools. As Chief Operating Officer at Helping Hands Worldwide Services Inc since January 2018, Paredes oversees initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life for less fortunate individuals through health and education programs. Previous roles include Vice President Technology for the Nashville Chapter of the IIBA, Lead Systems Analyst at Genesco Inc, and Development Manager at Epicenter Inc. Paredes holds a BSIT in Information Technology and a degree in Computer Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines, along with an ongoing MBA in Information Technology Project Management from the University of Phoenix.
