Jeannine Ramsey, MBA, RN, is an experienced healthcare finance professional currently serving as the Director of Clinical Finance at Vanderbilt University Medical Center since September 2020, where responsibilities include supporting financial operations and advising business leaders on financial alignment with enterprise objectives. Prior roles include Director of Finance for Physician Compensation at HCA Physician Services and Director of Physician Services Operations Support at LifePoint Hospitals, where Jeannine managed physician compensation processes and oversaw onboarding and implementation for new physician practices. Additional expertise is demonstrated through previous positions at HCA, Hospitalist Services, Summit Medical Center, Nashville Inpatient Management Service, and Baptist Hospital, encompassing hospital-based practice development, operational oversight, and case management.
