Nick Smet currently serves as Teamcoach Burger and Expert Burgerzaken at Lokaal bestuur Wetteren since May 2019, also advising on policy and project management. In addition, Nick Smet is a lecturer in Vreemdelingenrecht at Vanden Broele and Paulo Bestuursopleidingen. Prior experience includes a role as Recruitment Officer at IT-Planet NV, where consultancy services were the core focus, and work as a barman at HALF VIER from September 2014 to December 2017. Nick Smet holds a Master of Science in International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Ghent University.
