Marthe den Blauwen currently serves as a Commercial Assistant at Vandelanotte since January 2024. Previously, Marthe worked as a Matchmaker at GiGHOUSE from September 2021 to January 2024, focusing on the West-Vlaanderen region by screening freelancers and connecting them with new projects. During a prior internship at GiGHOUSE, Marthe gained valuable HR experience through daily interactions with freelancers. Marthe began a career in recruitment at Konvert in March 2021 while studying and co-founded Fressense, a company focused on the sustainable production and sale of CO² meters, in September 2020. Marthe holds a Bachelor's degree in KMO management from Arteveldehogeschool, completed in January 2022.
