Alec Tausch, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Human Resources Manager at Vanda Pharmaceuticals since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing onboarding workflows, overseeing talent acquisition, and assisting with compensation processes and compliance measures. Previously, Alec held the position of Senior Human Resources Associate, implementing recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes for a significant number of sales employees. Earlier roles include Human Resources Intern at the University of Virginia and Career Peer Educator, where Alec provided guidance on career resources and conducted presentations for students. Additionally, an internship at the National Archives involved supporting customer service and research initiatives for military veterans. Alec holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Virginia and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Oxford.
