Monika Cule is a skilled athletic therapist currently serving as the MLS Next Pro & Academy Lead Athletic Therapist at Vancouver Whitecaps FC since March 2023, where responsibilities include providing medical services to athletes, emergency readiness, maintaining medical records, and ensuring athlete compliance with treatment guidelines. Monika also holds the position of Certified Athletic Therapist for the Men's U17 National Team with Canada Soccer since October 2022. Previous experience includes serving as the Head Athletic Therapist at Toronto FC Academy, with roles spanning from managing player health care to conducting pre-season assessments. Monika has contributed to various sports organizations, including Ontario Volleyball Association, where treatment and first aid were provided at tournaments, and multiple intern positions focusing on injury assessment and rehabilitation. Monika obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Honours Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences – Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College in 2019.
